Proof Review: An email will alert you that your proof is available. Sign into your account and approve your proof. If there are any file corrections, upload a new file. Once you approve your proof, it is sent to print and the balance due is charged to your credit card. Proofing FAQ's

Ordering FAQ's
• What is the difference between paper options? The best way to determine what paper stock is best for your project is by referring to our paper swatch guide. Our swatch guide includes all of our standard papers and is available in our sample packet. Request your samples or by calling 800-995-1555.
• What is turnaround time? Turnaround time is the amount of time it takes to manufacture your order. It does not include shipping transit time. Turnaround time begins after we receive your proof approval and payment in full.
- Production time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends and holidays.
- Approvals received by 6 pm MST will start calculating production time the following business day.
• Can I change my job specifications after my order has been placed? Some items may be able to be changed, depending on the progress of the order. Please contact us at 800-995-1555.
• What if I want to cancel my order? To cancel an order, contact us immediately at 800-995-1555. We will determine what production steps have already been completed and the charges incurred.
• What methods of payment do you accept? American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Payment is made online during the order process.
• Can I be invoiced for my order? No. Payment is required in full before the order can be released.
• Does my online quote include bleeds? Yes, all pricing includes bleeds (excluding 1 color envelopes.)
