What is turnaround time? Turnaround time is production time. The amount of time it takes to manufacture your order. It does not include shipping transit time. Turnaround time begins after we receive your proof approval and payment in full. 

  • Production time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends and holidays.
  • Approvals received by 5 pm MST will start calculating production time the following business day.

What carrier will be used to ship my order? We ship via UPS.

Can I ship on my own shippers account? Yes. You can provide your own UPS or FedEx account number for shipping.  Contact a customer service representative.

How can I upgrade my shipping?  Upgrades are only accepted if the product has not left our facility. Once the product is in the carrier’s possession, upgrades are not available.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations? Yes, your shipment can be split. Contact a customer service representative as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply.  

Does the shipping time include weekends and holiday? No, your transit time is calculated in business days only.

Do I have to sign for my package?  All orders are shipped signature required. You may choose no signature required in the ordering process.

Will I get my shipment in the morning or afternoon? We cannot control when the carrier will deliver your package. The only way to ensure morning delivery is if you request overnight AM service.

Can I change my shipping method? As long as you request a shipping change BEFORE it ships, we can accommodate. Once it has left PrintingCenterUSA, we are not able to change any detail of the shipping.

Can I have some of my order shipped faster than the rest? Call your sales representative to assist you with split shipments.

What if I need part of my printing mailed and the other part shipped? When placing your order, specify the number you need mailed and we will price the job accordingly. Provide us with the shipping address for the remainder and we will take care of the rest.
