Booklet Objective:
The catalog gave members a first hand look at the board’s finances. The layout of the annual report easily walked stockholders and others through the different financial areas of the public employees retirement board. Annual reports are also a great marketing tool, by including vivid photography and imagery you can enhance your company’s image and branding efforts.
The use of color pictures to break up chapters gave the book a professional look and made it easier to follow. The rest of the book was black and white to save money on printing costs. The unique picture on the cover of nature represents the changes that people go through with their retirement funds but with a stable retirement plan they’ll always have s solid base. The retirement board says the color pictures helped give the annual report a lively feeling.
