Local Photographer Donates Expertise to Help Raise Money to Build a Running Track for the Community

Photographer Calendar Printing Case Study

Calendar Objective:

Unique Photo Idea Is a Big Hit With Parents

The Cashion Junior Athletic Association printed their first sports calendar to raise funds for a track for the town. Photographer Jennifer Morton jmortonphotography.com says Cashion is a very small town. Everyone knows everyone. Morton’s idea was to make sure every child had a photo included in the calendar. This unique idea, let parents and grandparents cut out the photos when the calendar was finished. The Calendar has been sold at sporting events and in local businesses.

Donate Time and Generate New Business:

Morton says by donating her design time and photography, she is hoping to get her name out there to help drum up some new business. They have had a great response with the calendar so far. This could lead to more photography work for sporting events and more. After seeing this year’s calendar, Morton hopes businesses will help to sponsor next years. Also, on the horizon Morton is looking into designing sports posters. Until then, we’ll have to wait and see what unique ideas she comes up with.
