Supplementing school organizations' budgets with print materials

Calendars can be sold to generate funds.

While the economy is on the recovery, many educational institutions are still struggling with reduced expenses and other budget issues. This has led many to adopt fundraising initiatives in an effort to support schools, and many organizations have turned to print marketing

materials to facilitate that.

For example, Hamilton High School, located in Hamilton, Alabama, has seen major success by selling printed materials for a profit. The school's marching band recently decided to sell calendars after consulting the Market Smarts section of Printing Center USA's website dedicated to educators.

"Where our previous school calendar generated less than $500 and was hardly worth the effort, our new calendar made over $5,000," said Nathan Garner, band director of the award-winning 75-member Hamilton Aggie Marching Band, in a statement. "Our program depends on fundraising. We can't afford unproductive, generic efforts."

Regardless of which industry you serve, you can find even more case studies and marketing tips on Printing Center USA's website.
