What is production time?<\/h4><\/div>
Production time is the time it takes, after proof approval, for your order to move through production. Production time does not include shipping time.

When does production time begin?<\/h4><\/div>
For all types of proofs, printing production time begins the next business day after we receive approval of your proof and all needed payments have been completed. Printing production time does not begin when the order is first submitted. Because printing production time does not begin until you approve your proof and all needed payments have been completed, you must be mindful of the additional time required in the proofing process.\u00a0Click here<\/a>\u00a0to learn more about Proofing. PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for any delays caused by your failure or delaying in approving your proof.
Approvals received by 5PM EST will start calculating production time the following business day. Approvals received after 5PM EST will start production the day after the next. Weekends and holidays are not included in your quoted turnaround time calculations.

What is PrintingCenterUSA\u2019s standard production time?<\/h4><\/div>
PrintingCenterUSA\u2019s production times vary by product. Our pricing tool defaults to the standard production time based on your order specifications. For each order, you will be provided three production timeline options:
Rush<\/strong>: The fastest possible production time based on your order specifications. Extra charges will apply.
Standard<\/strong>: Standard production time based on your order specifications.
Wait and Save<\/strong>: If you are not particularly rushed to receive your order, you can select the Wait and Save option to save extra on your order total. The production time period will be longer than the other available options.

What will delay the start of production time?<\/h4><\/div>
PrintingCenterUSA does not begin production of your order until we have documented proof approval and your payment has cleared. Incomplete or files that are not print ready, rejecting and requesting multiple proofs, ordering hard copy proofs, failure to pay, and slow response time will delay the start of your production time.

Does production time include shipping time?<\/h4><\/div>
Printing production time does not include shipping transit time or mailing services. Please allow two additional business days for any mailing services. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Shipping transit times vary and PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, breakdown of equipment, illness, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.

Can I change production time after my order has been placed?<\/h4><\/div>
You can change your turnaround time as long as you have not yet approved of your proof.
Once you have approved your proof and your payment has cleared, no changes to your order can be made.

How do I ensure a fast production time?<\/h4><\/div>
To ensure a fast production time, it is best that you:

  1. Have print ready files when uploading<\/li>
  2. Select an \u201cElectronic – PDF\u201d proof or \u201cNo Proof Required\u201d if available<\/li>
  3. Request the appropriate turnaround time in the pricing tool<\/li>
  4. Approve your proof quickly<\/li>
  5. Ensure that there are no payment issues<\/li>
  6. Quickly respond to any correspondence with your customer service representatives<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    When are you closed for the holidays?<\/h4><\/div>
    PrintingCenterUSA is closed for the following holidays:

    • New Year’s Day<\/li>
    • Memorial Day<\/li>
    • 4th of July<\/li>
    • Labor Day<\/li>
    • Thanksgiving Day<\/li>
