If at any time you start to feel uncomfortable about the service you are receiving give us a call at 800-995-1555 and tell us about it. You will be put in contact with a live person. For further instructions on processing claims see "CLAIMS" below.

 If your order has defects in workmanship or materials within our control, we will reprint your order with its original order specifications once the claim has been processed and approved.

We are not responsible for any errors that are beyond our control such as errors caused by you, delays caused by third parties, including common carriers, and flaws inherent in the electronic-image-to-print process. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. We are not responsible for:

To initiate the claims process email support@printingcenterusa.com or call 800-995-1555 within 30 days of receipt of your order. If a claim is not started within 30 days, both parties agree that the order has been accepted and PrintingCenterUSA has satisfied all terms, conditions, and order requirements.

Once the claims process has been initiated we will attempt to contact you via phone or email communications, so you can provide everything we need to process the claim. In some cases, we may ask for images to be provided showing the manufacturing problem or defect. At our discretion, once it has been determined to be a defect due to a manufacturing error or defect in product or service rendered by PrintingCenterUSA, we may provide product return instructions. With the requested defective material being returned and received by us, we may reprint the order at our expense from your original file and with your original order specifications. We reserve the right to determine whether a manufacturing error or defect has occurred.

Any and all claims are limited to reprint of the original order quantity using the original approved artwork files. Any reprint shall not include any shipping or postage related costs for the order.


For all projects in which there is a dispute and a reprint has been deemed appropriate by us, no new files or alterations to the files may occur.  In these situations, PrintingCenterUSA will reprint the original approved artwork.  Any new artwork would be considered a new project or service to be supplied by PrintingCenterUSA and the full charges for the new project or service will apply.

PrintingCenterUSA may reject any claim brought forward for any reason including circumstances not covered by this Guarantee.


It is your responsibility to review estimates carefully, including but not limited to, reviewing various quantities, manufacturing details, production and shipping options, mailing and estimated postage rates. If there is anything that is not understood, it is your responsibility to review the estimate with a Customer Service Specialist until deemed understood.

You may request a custom quote for products not shown on the Site. PrintingCenterUSA reserves the right to provide a custom quote or produce a custom project. Any quote or services provided is at the discretion of PrintingCenterUSA.

All quoted costs are estimated costs and may change upon final review of the project.  All mailing and postage costs are estimated and may change up to the point of final delivery to USPS and approval of your mailing project by USPS.


Proofs may not always be provided automatically. It is your responsibility to request a proof with your order.

When requested or ordered, an electronic proof in .pdf format will be uploaded to your account or sent to you via email.  You will receive email notification prompting you to approve or reject your proof. The email notification for the proof will be sent to the email address supplied with the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you received this proof notification. It may take up to 24 hours or more for PrintingCenterUSA to process each proof. Any file issues arising from unusable files or files that are not deemed print ready by PrintingCenterUSA will delay the proofing process.

If a proof has been provided for your project, it will not be sent to press without your approval. It is the user's responsibility to check their proof. We are not liable for delays in the order caused by the user's non-approval or delayed approval of the proof.

When reviewing your proof, you must have your overprint settings on.  When your overprint preview settings are off, you will not see the overprint. You must have your overprinting setting on when previewing your proof to get an accurate proof. We are not responsible for your preview settings not being correct. An electronic proof is the final opportunity for you to check aspects of the proof against the original including, the layout, bleeds, crops, fonts and texts, spacing, punctuation, and image placement.

PrintingCenterUSA offers hard copy proofs as a paid service. Our hard copy proof provides the most accurate representation of your printed project and is available upon request. The request for a hard copy proof may involve additional fees. A hard copy proof takes additional time. Hard copy proofs are produced on the same paper that was ordered unless it is not possible for PrintingCenterUSA to provide a proof on the paper ordered. Sample paper for the proof may be available upon request and may be an additional charge. Hard copy proofs may be produced bound, trimmed and folded as a representation of your final product, unless it is not possible for PrintingCenterUSA to provide the proof in that manner. Any additional charges that may apply will be charged to your credit card at the time your proof is approved, and your order is confirmed. Requesting sample paper and a hard copy proof takes additional time and it is your responsibility to account for the additional time when ordering a piece to print. It is your responsibility to determine if you need a hard copy proof and/or sample paper with your print order.

When using the design tool feature on our Site, you may not automatically receive either a .pdf proof or a hard copy proof. An electronic or hard copy proof may only be available at your request with your order and at an additional cost.  In some circumstances, at our discretion, a .pdf or hard copy proof may also be required even if it was not ordered by the user.  If PrintingCenterUSA deems a proof necessary, you would be required to approve such proof to proceed with your order.

If a proof comes back with corrections, each updated proof may be an additional charge. You are responsible for all proofing charges. It may take up to 24 hours or longer to process each new proof. Additional time may be needed for Customer Service Representatives to respond to your request for corrections. Although we strive to provide the fastest possible service, PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for any additional delays in the proof correction process. See "PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME."

Corrections and new file submissions are billable items and will be added to your invoice and charged accordingly. Corrections are billed per hour with a 30 min. minimum and include but are not limited to typographical errors, photo manipulation, color correction, resizing, and fold adjustments.


With any corrections received, PrintingCenterUSA will determine, at our discretion, if we can make those corrections or if we will require new files to be provided by you.  If we determine we can make the corrections requested, we will make the corrections for the fees stated above. If we cannot make the changes needed, a new file must be submitted and will be billable as new files received according to the terms stated above. Any delays this process causes in the final approval or production time is solely the responsibility of the user. Any corrections or new files received will require an additional proof to be sent and approved at an additional cost. In the event where a new file is presented, or corrections are made, problems may occur when those files are processed or re-processed that may or may not be related to the changes made.  It is your responsibility to review the proofs in their entirety to ensure they are satisfactory.


At any time PrintingCenterUSA reserves the right to cancel an order when we deem the files do not meet our requirements for print ready artwork. In these circumstances PrintingCenterUSA may cancel your order with or without any attempt to have the files corrected or re-submitted.


We do not allow any changes to artwork, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time after you have approved a proof. Because production will not begin until you approve your proof, you must be mindful of the additional time it takes: to request and receive a proof; to request and receive a hard copy proof; to request and receive sample paper for a hard copy proof prior to receiving the proof itself; and, the additional delay that may occur if items are missing, files do not meet our file requirements, or if errors are identified in the proofing process. Spam blockers/filters may prevent you from receiving our emails. You may receive emails from various email addresses during the order process. After file review, additional delays may occur if items are missing or the files do not meet our file requirements. PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for delays in the order caused by any of the above processes, shipping times and delays in any of the above processes, and any delays caused by your non-approval of the proof. For more information on the time it takes to process and print your order, see "PRINTING TURNAROUND TIME AND ARRIVAL TIME."


PrintingCenterUSA reserves the right to store all supplied artwork and data files for any project we are involved with producing or servicing unless there is a specific, separate agreement, agreed to in writing by both PrintingCenterUSA and the User.  PrintingCenterUSA reserves the right to delete storage of any supplied files at any time, at will, with or without cause or notice to you.  PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible to store any supplied files for any period of time. PrintingCenterUSA recommends that you store any files that you wish to have access to or use at any point in the future.  PrintingCenterUSA will make reasonable efforts to ensure that files stored by PrintingCenterUSA are not released or provided to any other parties except the user, or with the user's explicit agreement in writing.  If a situation arises where there is an unauthorized file release that materially affects you, then PrintingCenterUSA will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements.


When using the Site design tool services, you must request a proof if one is required. Proofs are not automatically provided to you when using this feature unless you specify in the order options. See "Proofing" above. An electronic or hard copy proof will only be available on request at an additional cost or if deemed necessary by PrintingCenterUSA.

Color representations when using the design tool are by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final piece. Color changes may occur resulting from the conversion of RGB (Red-Green-Blue) or Pantone spot colors to digital CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key/Black) or to Grayscale (Key/Black). Electronic proofs may not match the color or density of a printed piece.

When using the design tool, you are responsible for all aspects of the item you design including, but not limited to, size, color, font, and text. PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you, design errors and/or color selection errors introduced in the design tool process submitted by you.

Additional charges may apply to various design tool features. You are responsible for any additional charges that apply to the design preferences you have chosen.


For all types of proofs, printing turnaround time begins the day after we receive approval of your proof and all needed payments have been completed. Printing turnaround time does not begin when the order is first submitted. Because printing turnaround time does not begin until you approve your proof and all needed payments have been completed, you must be mindful of the additional time required in the proofing process as discussed above in "Proofing." PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for any delays caused by your failure or delaying in approving your proof.

Approvals received by 5PM EST will start calculating production time the following business day. Approvals received after 5PM EST will start production the day after the next. Weekends and holidays are not included in your quoted turnaround time calculations.

The estimated printing turnaround time is based on the typical number of hours or days that a print job is completed under normal circumstances.

Printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time or mailing services. Please allow two additional business days for any mailing services. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Shipping transit times vary and PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, breakdown of equipment, illness, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.

Your estimated arrival date should be calculated by adding the printing turnaround time to the shipping transit time. For example, a product with a printing turnaround time of two days and a shipping method of Two Day service would have an estimated arrival date of four business days after your files have been sent to production (we have received your proof approval).

Printing turnaround time and estimated arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. PrintingCenterUSA's responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and turning it over to the carrier for shipping. Your expected delivery date may change due to unforeseen delays, such as equipment failure, illness or late delivery by a carrier.


The standard shipping method and carrier is UPS ground. PrintingCenterUSA reserves the right to ship using UPS, FedEx, or the USPS, so long as it does not extend the shipping time or increase the shipping cost. Rates are available for Ground, Next Day Air, Two Day and Three-Day shipping within the contiguous United States.  Shipments to more than one address may require additional shipping and handling charges for each location. When choosing a shipping method, remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is received by the carrier.


Shipping transit times vary, and PrintingCenterUSA assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damage resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, weather, illness etc. For any shipment PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond their control such as the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment,  acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customers or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by a government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.


You agree that shipping terms for all PrintingCenterUSA products are shipped "Freight On Board Shipping Point" or "F.O.B. Shipping Point" meaning all title and risk of loss transfers to you, the customer, upon PrintingCenterUSA's delivery to the shipping agent.


Orders lost in transit may, at PrintingCenterUSA's discretion, be reprinted with the same production terms as the original order.  Any expediting of services including shipping service is the responsibility of the user. If the order lost in transit is later located and delivered and you receive both the original order and the reprint the customer will be required to pay for the reprint or ship one order back to us at your expense.


PrintingCenterUSA will not be responsible under any circumstances for refunding any shipping charges when you have chosen to use your own shipping method or account instead of the PrintingCenterUSA shipping options.



Your mailing list(s) are your exclusive property. We will not utilize your mailing list for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. We do not retail, sell, resell, or market any customer provided mailing list data.  Your mailing lists may be stored electronically.  Your mailing lists may be supplied to outside vendors for use in completing mailing services for your project. 

All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. PrintingCenterUSA's responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the United States Postal Service ("USPS") PrintingCenterUSA's responsibility ends when the job is delivered to either a USPS Business Mail Entry Unit or the Great Falls, Montana Business Mail Entry Unit. In no event shall PrintingCenterUSA be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays.

If a package is mailed using USPS, all postage rates are estimated until the USPS has accepted and approved the mailing.

All online estimates are based on mailing in the United States only. The estimated pricing may change at any time until the USPS has accepted and approved the mailing. Any additional charges for postage are the user's responsibility to pay in full.

Rates may increase due to the design of the mail piece, final weight, size, or shape. It is possible that your mailing piece will not pass the USPS requirements for barcode readability and thus the postal rate will increase.

Foreign Addresses will increase your postage rate. We will mail to foreign addresses only upon written request when the order is placed.

If your mailing does not qualify for automated postal discounts we will mail at non-automated rates, increasing your postage costs. All additional charges incurred for any reason are your responsibility to pay in full.

Estimated postage must be paid in advance. Payment must be received before we will deliver your mailing to the USPS.  Postage may be paid by check, PayPal or credit card. Any postage paid on credit card is subject to a 5% convenience fee of the postage amount.

It is your responsibility to ensure the design meets all postal regulations.

The USPS does not guarantee delivery of any First Class or Standard class Mail.

PrintingCenterUSA does not guarantee delivery times on items mailed through the USPS. Time in transit varies based on destinations and season. All order with mailing services will be given to the USPS within 3 Business Days following the production time on the order. Typical delivery is within 5-9 business days for First Class Mail and 15+ business days for Standard Class Mail, where applicable.

Under no circumstances will PrintingCenterUSA refund postal charges on mailed items.
