Our spiral book printing features a durable plastic coil that enhances usability and accommodates more pages, with a maximum thickness of 1-1/2. But that's not all. It's also customizable by paper stock, size, and finish. The sturdy plastic coil runs through drill holes in the cover and pages, ensuring the pages fully rotate and lay flat. This versatility makes it perfect for various booklets, from directories and calendars to annual reports and cookbooks.
Spiral-bound printing uses a continuous coil of plastic looping through a row of punched holes at the edge of the printed piece. Depending on how the project is designed, the binding can be on the left or top edge of the project. Spiral-bound coils are available in different colors and sizes.
We can print spiral and wire-o orders with 8 - 800 pages, which must be in 2-page increments.
You must leave extra space for the hole drilling on the binding side of your Spiral or Wire-O booklet. Set your binding-side margins to 7/8"

Bleed is an extra 1/8” of image that extends beyond the trim area of your printed piece. The project is printed on an oversized sheet that is cut down to size with the appearance that the image is “bleeding” off the edge of the paper.
