The flyers we had printed with the heavier card stock and the glossy UV coating were amazing. We have been purchasing flyers and catalogs through PrintingCenterUSA for close to a year now. We are always pleased with the finished product. The colors are always beautiful and spot on! And the prices for their catalogs can't be beat. Not to mention, all the coupon codes they send out. Their customer service has always been quick to respond to any questions or issues that may arise. We have used other trade printers in the past and have always received mixed results. Sometimes the colors would be off, or the edges would be rough from a not so clean cut. The product I purchased was great but the shipping sucked. My shipment got caught up in the bad weather and was delayed for several days. Wednesday and Thursday I understand. I was expecting it to be delivered on Friday but it did not come. My event for the flyers was Saturday so I had to do something different. The product was not delivered untli 1/23 which is totally unacceptable. However, I received a call and was compensated. Now that is what I call customer service. The product was well done. I will definitely refer the services based on my experience.
