How can I get my images to match what I see on my screen?
For the best results, use 300 DPI images and convert your images to CMYK before uploading.
Can you help me design my project?
You can work with one of our recommended graphic designers, or choose to design your project with our free online design tool or downloadable Adobe templates. If you have a design question, call us at 800-995-1555.
How long does printing take?
Most orders ship out 3 to 4 business days after proof approval. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when placing your order and after proof approval.
How can I make sure my colors print accurately?
For the most accurate results, if you're using an Adobe program, load our recommended color settings before exporting so you can preview the color conversion before printing. You can find instructions here. If color accuracy is important, we highly recommend ordering a hard copy proof to review your project in person before printing your full order. You can add a hard copy proof in our quoting tool under Additional Processes > Proofing.
Will you check my file before printing?
Yes. Our team reviews every file for common printing issues. If anything needs attention, we'll let you know before printing.
