Folding Options & Pamphlet Sizes

No fold pamphlets are similar to a flyer in that they are a single sheet of unfolded paper. Since folding is an additional charge, no folding will save you money.
A half-fold pamphlet, also called a bifold pamphlet, is composed of one sheet of paper folded in half to create a front panel, two inside panels, and a back panel.
Trifold Pamphlets are our most popular folding option. Trifold pamphlets divide a single sheet of paper folded into three panels (on the front and back) to create a front panel, a right inside wing panel, a spread of three inside panels, and a back panel (back panel lies between the front panel and inside wing panel)
Z-Fold pamphlet is similar to a trifold pamphlet, the only difference being the folding direction of the last panel. The z-fold is a single sheet of paper folded into three panels (on the front and the back) that are folded in a “Z” direction. This folding option is great for product or service presentations and it allows you to provide information to a customer in a particular sequence.
Double Parallel Fold is one sheet of paper folded in half, and then in half again, to form two parallel folds that go in the exact same direction. This gives you four front and back panels that you can put information on.
Right-Angle Half Fold is a large sheet of paper folded in half, then folded again in the opposite direction. This creates four large front and back panels. Right-Angle Half Folds are great for presenting information on outside panels and opening to reveal a full poster or artwork.
Right-Angle Tri-Fold is a large sheet of paper folded in half, then folded into three panels (like a trifold). This creates six large front and back panels.

What Weight of Paper is Best for Pamphlets?
Gloss paper has a shiny and lustrous smooth coated gloss finish. Excellent for making full color printing appear more vibrant.
Matte paper is a dull coated sheet that exhibits low gloss finish. Paper has minimal glare, making it easier to read text.
Uncoated paper is easy to write on and should be used in projects such as a workbook or coloring book.
