Ink Color Options

• 4/4 Full color

Supporting Black Builds

With large black ink coverages bigger than 1 inch x 1 inch or black text that is over 14 pt, it is highly recommended to add a support of other colors to turn your black ink coverages into a rick black. Without these areas being supported with Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, your black ink coverage may look too light. See below for our recommended support values.

VERY IMPORTANT

Solid black areas that are not supported with Cyan, Magenta and Yellow may appear to look washed out and faded. We cannot guarantee a satisfactory product if the black ink is not supported in this manner and a finish is not applied. We recommend a support of:

Cyan: 40%

Magenta: 30%

Yellow: 30%

Black: 100%

Note: UV Coating or Soft Touch Lamination is highly recommended for solid black covers. Again, we will not be responsible if the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black percentages are not followed and a finish is not applied.

Binding Edge

Choose what edge you want your binding to be on. Choose between Left Edge (normal booklet binding) and Top Edge (wall calendar style).

Proof

While a hard copy proof can be considered close in color and saturation, it is not meant to be used as an exact color match proof.

Turnaround (The time it takes from your desktop to your doorstep)

Be sure to combine your Production Time and Shipping Transit Time accordingly.

Shrink Wrap

Shrink wrapping is the process of enclosing your product in a clinging transparent film that, when heated, shrinks tightly onto the pieces inside. In most situations, we bundle your product in convenient bundles to help when shipping. If you have a specific count that you want your packages bundled in, then select the desired number in the shrink wrap drop down. A small fee will be applied.

Hole Drilling

Our most common types of hole drilling are three-hole drilling and one-hole drilling.

3-hole drilling is when 3 holes are bored into the printed piece, allowing for it to be placed in a binder. 3-hole drilling is great for guides, annual reports, menus, and many other types of products that you intend to store in a 3-ring binder.

1-hole drilling is when 1 hole is bored into either the corner or the center the printed piece. A center hole is generally used for calendars so it can be pinned to the wall to hang. A single corner hole can be useful for attaching a ring to your project (similar to a paint swatch book).

• Address and mail prices on the pricing tool have the estimated postage cost included.
• If the description states "Additional Charges Apply," then all mailing and postage costs will be determined once mailing lists have been processed.
• Send your mailing list along with the Print-Ready PDF for your project and we will take care of the rest.
• PrintingCenterUSA prefers your mailing list be uploaded as an Excel .CSV file. It is best to only include the necessary data in your list.
