We are so persnickety about our yearly calendar, partly because over the years we've had misaligned staples, etc from other printers. Printing Center walked us through every step, and we are thrilled with the result. The calendars are perfect: paper, color, staples, layout--everything. Our best one yet, and we've been making them for more than 20 years. The same is true of our poster project for schools and non-profits. Sixteen poster designs. The poster paper, colors, clarity, everything, is well beyond what we had even hoped. We love this new printing company. What a find!

Blue guidelines were still visible on almost every page of my comic and a few template lines were left in (though that was my fault for not catching them in my proof). Nice quality on the prints, but not satisfied with the quality of cuts/assembly.

I have been using PrintingCenterUSA for about 6 years to make a calendar for my office and it has been a great hit with everyone. Now patients expect a new one every year. I originally selected printingcenterusa.com because of excellent ratings and very competitive prices. The company has produced our dahlia calendar for the past 3 years, and our 2025 calendar, which has just arrived, is stunning -- the best yet. I called several times for help with the newly designed tool to upload my images and put them into a custom calendar. Several customer service agents helped me with my questions. The Huckleberry team (Emily and Felicity) who do the fine tuning and editing at the end were especially helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate the quality of product and customer service at 19 to 19.5 -- off the charts. I hope to work with the team again for several more years.

This was my first experience with printing a graphic book as a personal project. The result was beyond my expectations. My criteria are as follows: (1) I had a very limited timeline and was worried about getting my order without any delays since I didn’t have time for setbacks. It was a great surprise that everything worked as planned. I was so happy to proceed on schedule. (2) Quality. It was a graphic book, and I had no prior experience with this, so I just gave it a try. It worked out wonderfully. I am very happy with the quality. The colors are well transferred, and the paper is very pleasant to the touch. My book looks like a professionally made piece. What more could I wish for? (3) Price. Having no idea about the costs, I found the price here very compelling. I ordered just 10 books to see how it would turn out, and the price per book was very reasonable. This serves as a good reference for the business aspect of my project. (4) In the end, I got everything I needed and more. The process was smooth and easy overall. Great job!

My first time printing a magazine was made so much easier with the advice of the employees at PrintingCenterUSA. The magazines are gorgeous and I will definitely use PCUSA again!

The calendars look nice. The support throughout the design and upload process was really great. Communication from your team was, too. Production speed was really fast. The calendars took a roundabout trip via UPS that delayed receipt by several days. That's not in your control. This is my second year for producing our photo club's calendar. A variety of templates and color/printing profiles were appreciated.

Placing the order was not difficult but, if I had a question it was answered quickly.

Ordered 50 books on July 4 - they were in hand a week later ! I was contacted the day after the order was submitted, to clarify a few items and they made suggestions. Proof was approved on a Monday, with a hard deadline two weeks later. Order shipped within days and was in hand by the end of the week. Books are well made, ink and color look great and the cost was 1/3 of Staples.

I wanted to create a family history booklet and a friend suggested Printing Center USA. Never having done this before, I was very nervous and a bit intimidated, but from my first (of many!) phone calls, the staff walked/talked me through every segment of the process.
