How One Journal Became a Daily Habit for Hundreds of People

At PrintingCenterUSA, we are honored to work with creators who use print to support personal growth, healing, and transformation. For Designed for Greatness, print became a way to turn deeply held beliefs into something tangible people could return to every day.

Candice Noss created a meditation and prayer journal designed to help individuals connect more deeply with their purpose, their faith, and their inner guidance. What began as a personal calling became a meaningful printed tool used in retreats, coaching programs, and daily practice.

About Candice Noss and Designed for Greatness

Candice Noss is a physical therapist, wellness coach, intuitive healer, and international speaker. Through Designed for Greatness, she supports clients who are seeking clarity, healing, and alignment with their purpose.

Candice believes that every person is created with divine greatness and that accessing that truth requires intentional connection. Her work centers on helping people trust that connection and carry it into their daily lives.

The Inspiration

Candice was inspired to create the Connecting to Heaven Journal after working with countless clients who longed for spiritual connection but did not know how to access it or trust their ability to receive divine guidance.

Connecting to heaven is not just a spiritual practice,” she shared. “It is the pathway to remembering who we truly are.

She wanted to offer a tool that made spiritual connection feel clear, accessible, and grounded in daily life. The journal was designed to guide reflection, deepen awareness, and create a sacred space where users could experience reassurance, clarity, and support.

The Challenge

While Candice had a clear vision for the journal, the technical side of creating a print ready product felt intimidating. Rather than letting that slow her down, she partnered with a trusted graphic designer through a collaborative trade arrangement, exchanging coaching and programs for design support.

This collaboration allowed Candice to focus on the heart of the project while ensuring the final product met professional print standards.

The Printing Solution

Candice partnered with PrintingCenterUSA to produce a saddle stitch journal that balances portability, durability, and visual clarity.

Journal Print Specs
Size 6 x 9 inches
Quantity 100
Binding Saddle stitch
Pages 72
Cover Paper 100 pound gloss
Inside Paper 70 pound gloss
Ink Full color throughout

The 6 x 9 inch size makes the journal easy to carry and use daily, while full color printing supports guided prompts, reflections, and visual flow. Saddle stitch binding keeps the journal lightweight and approachable for frequent use.

The Impact

Candice plans to gift the journals to participants at her women’s retreats, including a January day retreat and a February cruise adventure retreat. She is also sharing them with close friends and using them as welcome or graduation gifts for clients who enroll in or complete her programs.

My hope is that this journal becomes a steady anchor in their lives, Candice shared. A tool they return to daily and one they choose to reorder each month as they strengthen the habit of connecting to heaven through meditation.

The journal has become more than a printed product. It is a companion for spiritual growth, reflection, and daily practice.

Thinking About Creating a Journal for Your Own Program or Community?

Journals are powerful tools for coaches, educators, and wellness professionals because they create space for reflection and reinforce habits over time. A printed journal offers focus, intention, and a break from digital distraction.

How to Create a Journal That Supports Daily Practice

Creating a journal that people actually use starts with intention and thoughtful design!

  1. Start with a clear purpose: Decide what the journal is meant to support, such as reflection, growth, or habit building.
  2. Design for consistency: Keep layouts clean and repeatable so users can build a daily rhythm.
  3. Choose a practical size: Smaller formats like 6 x 9 inches are easy to carry and use anywhere.
  4. Use print to guide the experience: Color, spacing, and structure help readers stay engaged and focused.
  5. Use our free design tools: Our free Online Design Tool and Adobe templates make it easy to create a professional journal without design experience.

Pro Tip: Journals make meaningful gifts for retreats, programs, and milestones because they extend the experience long after an event ends.

Looking Ahead

Candice looks forward to expanding the reach of the Connecting to Heaven Journal through her retreats, coaching programs, and client gifts. Her goal is to help more people experience daily connection, clarity, and reassurance through a simple but intentional print tool.
