One of our favorite recent collaborations comes from Robert Chew, a professional concept artist and founder of MasterChew Creative Industries (MCCI). His latest publications, The Agents of Sin and The Agents of Sin: Grimoire, transform bold artistic ideas into tangible works of art with beautifully crafted zines that combine intricate visuals, storytelling, and design.
About MasterChew Creative Industries
Robert Chew, known professionally as MasterChew, has worked as a concept artist in the video game industry, contributing to titles like Borderlands 3 and 4 for Gearbox Studios. Through his independent studio, MCCI, he explores his own ideas across art, design, and storytelling.
His zine series, MCCI, represents his commitment to originality and artistic freedom. The latest issues, Vol.02: The Agents of Sin and Vol.03: The Agents of Sin: Grimoire, reimagine the Seven Deadly Sins as characters within a sprawling world of occult intrigue, private military organizations, and esoteric themes.

The Challenge
As an independent artist self-publishing a visually complex series, Robert needed a printer who could handle rich, full-color artwork, consistent detail, and high-quality matte finishes, all while staying within a manageable budget and timeline.
He wanted the final zines to reflect the depth of his artistic vision, with a professional look and feel that could stand alongside commercial art books but remain accessible to fans and collectors.
