How PrintingCenterUSA Supports the Community Through Local Food Drives
At PrintingCenterUSA, we believe strong communities are built when people come together to support one another. Recently, our team organized a company-wide food drive to support our local Great Falls Community Food Bank and help families right in our area access essential meals and snacks.
Employees from across departments participated by donating food items, organizing collection efforts, and helping coordinate the delivery. What started as a simple idea quickly turned into a meaningful team effort that demonstrated the heart of our workplace.

Why It Matters
Food insecurity continues to affect families in communities across the country, including right here in Montana. Local food banks play an essential role in supporting individuals and families who may be going through difficult times, especially during school breaks when children may be home earlier in the day or off for an entire week.
School vacations can be a welcome break for kids, but they can also create real challenges for parents. With children home all day, grocery bills can rise quickly and keeping everyone fed can feel like a full-time job. Supporting our local food bank helps families navigate the extra meals, snacks, and busy days that come with having kids home during school breaks.
By organizing this food drive, the team at PrintingCenterUSA took initiative to support an organization working on the front lines of hunger relief in our community. Employees across departments stepped up, empowered to contribute and take part in something meaningful beyond their day to day work.
Community involvement reflects the core values that guide how we operate as a company.
Integrity means showing up for the people around us.
Initiative means taking action when our community needs support.
Partnership reminds us that when businesses and communities work together, the impact is far greater.

When our team comes together with a shared purpose, even simple acts of generosity can create lasting change for families right here in Great Falls.
PrintingCenterUSA’s Food Drive
The PrintingCenterUSA team launched a multi-day food drive where employees could bring in non-perishable Throughout the week, employees focused on donating food items for weekend backpacks and essential pantry staples that any kid would be excited to find. These are the kinds of items that help make sure children have meals and snacks even when school is not in session.

Team members contributed items such as:
- Canned vegetables and fruit
- Pasta and rice
- Peanut butter
- Shelf-stable proteins
- Soup and meal kits
- Kid-friendly snacks
Collection bins filled steadily as employees across the company stepped in to help. Team members from production, customer service, marketing, accounting, and management all participated, bringing in bags of food and encouraging one another to contribute.
Once the drive concluded, the donations were organized and delivered to the Great Falls Community Food Bank, where they will help provide meals and support for kids and families throughout our local community.
Knowing these items will land directly in the hands of neighbors right here in Great Falls made the effort even more meaningful for everyone involved.
Impact & Outcome
In just six days, the generosity of the PrintingCenterUSA team resulted in 307 pounds of food donations, filling two full industrial food barrels for our local community food bank.
By day four of the drive, we were still about half a barrel short of our goal. But something incredible happened. By lunchtime the very next day, the barrels were overflowing. Employees showed up in a big way, bringing in bags of pantry items and rallying around the effort to support our neighbors.
That moment captured the spirit of the event. Participation did not slow down, it strengthened. Team members across departments followed through and helped turn a simple goal into a powerful result for our local community.

These donations will help provide meals and essential pantry staples to families right here in our area. Knowing the food collected will directly support people in our own community makes the impact even more meaningful.
Beyond the donations themselves, the food drive also strengthened our internal culture. Events like this bring employees together around a shared purpose and remind us that the impact of a team can extend far beyond the workplace.
Supporting Community and Culture
At PrintingCenterUSA, we believe that great companies are built not only on great work, but also on strong values. Supporting our community is one of the ways we live out those values every day.
When employees come together for a shared purpose, the result is more than just a successful event. It strengthens relationships, builds a positive workplace culture, and helps create a lasting impact in the community we are proud to be part of.
We are grateful to everyone who participated and look forward to continuing to support our community in the future.
