I want to let you know how pleased I was with the service and final product on my recent order. This was a rush order with no time for a physical proof, and I was having trouble getting my own printer to produce a decent proof. In addition, there were some other requirements from the client. When the order arrived -- direct to the client -- I drove over with fear and trepidation. My relief was palpable when I saw the final product. John did a great job dealing both with the production and a very nervous customer (me).
