PrintingCenterUSA Arbor Day Tree Planting Event in Great Falls, Montana

On May 9, our PrintingCenterUSA team gathered outside Great Falls, Montana to celebrate Arbor Day by planting quaking aspen trees as a team. More than 25 employees, family members, and kids showed up for an afternoon of teamwork, good food, and giving back. We are proud to bring life back into the community with our event.

Why It Matters

Community outreach at PrintingCenterUSA is about more than volunteering. It is about bringing people together and investing in something that lasts for years to come. Those aspen trees will keep growing alongside our team and community for years to come, and that means a lot to us.

Planting trees may seem simple, but it represents long-term care, growth, and responsibility. The two quaking aspens planted during the event will continue to grow year after year, serving as a reminder of the teamwork and shared purpose that brought everyone together. This means a lot to us and will be an unforgettable memory for the entire company. Something to return to and watch grow for years to come.

CSR Allie said it best! “The tree planting for the celebration of Arbor Day was a ton of fun! All us girls really put in the work and got our hands dirty for a good cause. It’s so important to do our part to take care of the planet!”

What Happened or What the Event Included

Employees from every department worked side by side digging, planting, and getting their hands dirty. Kids got to be a part of it too, which made it even more special.

The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and community focused. Families gathered around the planting site while coworkers worked side by side digging, planting, and preparing the trees. The barbecue potluck added another layer of connection as employees shared homemade dishes and spent quality time together outdoors in the Big Sky Country.

Taylor L. Pressman, Engineer at PrintingCenterUSA, shared: “I really enjoyed the tree planting event. It was a really good opportunity to build camaraderie. It was a beautiful day, and we got to show our care for the planet and give back. Everyone had a great time, and I can’t wait to do more.”

After the planting, everyone gathered for a barbecue potluck with homemade dishes and plenty of good conversation out in Big Sky Country.

Impact and Community Outcome

The Arbor Day event brought together more than 25 attendees from across the company and community. Together, the group planted two Quaking Aspen trees that will continue growing for years to come.

Beyond the trees themselves, the event created an opportunity for employees and families to connect in a meaningful way while supporting environmental awareness in the Great Falls community.

Events like this help strengthen relationships across teams, encourage employee engagement, and create lasting memories for families and children who participated.

Supporting Community and Culture

At PrintingCenterUSA, community, integrity, and empowerment are not just words on a wall. Events like this are where those company core values actually show up. When employees, families, and leadership plant trees together on a Friday afternoon, that is what our culture looks like in practice.

By investing time into local outreach efforts and environmental stewardship, PrintingCenterUSA continues to build a culture centered around connection, appreciation, and giving back. As the quaking aspens continue to grow in the years ahead, they will stand as a lasting reminder of a day spent building community together in Great Falls.
