Once you have approved your proof and your payment has cleared, no changes to your order can be made.

Printing production time does not include shipping transit time or mailing services. Please allow two additional business days for any mailing services. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Shipping transit times vary and PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, breakdown of equipment, illness, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time.
PrintingCenterUSA does not begin production of your order until we have documented proof approval and your payment has cleared. Incomplete or files that are not print ready, rejecting and requesting multiple proofs, ordering hard copy proofs, failure to pay, and slow response time will delay the start of your production time.
PrintingCenterUSA’s production times vary by product. Our pricing tool defaults to the standard production time based on your order specifications. For each order, you will be provided three production timeline options:
Rush: The fastest possible production time based on your order specifications. Extra charges will apply.
Standard: Standard production time based on your order specifications.
Wait and Save: If you are not particularly rushed to receive your order, you can select the Wait and Save option to save extra on your order total. The production time period will be longer than the other available options.
For all types of proofs, printing production time begins the next business day after we receive approval of your proof and all needed payments have been completed. Printing production time does not begin when the order is first submitted. Because printing production time does not begin until you approve your proof and all needed payments have been completed, you must be mindful of the additional time required in the proofing process. Approvals received by 5PM EST will start calculating production time the following business day. Approvals received after 5PM EST will start production the day after the next. Weekends and holidays are not included in your quoted turnaround time calculations.
Production time is the time it takes, after proof approval, for your order to move through production. Production time does not include shipping time.
USPS® has standards for automation mail. PrintingCenterUSA uses a standard sans serif font as required by the Domestic Mail Manual. If you want to request a special typeface, then you will have to pay First-Class Single-Piece postage rates.
We can supply a receipt directly from the USPS® Postal One system upon request.
Date of Approval + Turnaround Days + 2 days Mailing Prep + Shipping Transit Days = Delivery Date
Note: You must exclude weekends and holidays for Turnaround, Mailing Prep, Shipping days. Use the maximum number of Turnaround Days for your equation.
If you want to mail your extras, you must place a stamp or meter strip over the indicia to pay the postage.
