You might notice that the colors on the printed piece may not exactly match the colors you see on your monitor. The age and or calibration of your monitor can affect the colors in comparison to the printed product. Try not to rely on monitor color as a predictor for your final product.

To reject your hard copy proof, alert the CSR assigned to your order. Please consider that time and effort has been expended on your project, so you will be for each additional proof. Your turnaround time does not begin until you have approved your proof.
You must reject your Electronic Proof to where you will upload your updated file. Please consider that time and effort has been expended on your project, so you will be charged $15 and $75 per billable hour worked (pro-rated to the minute) for each additional proof. Electronic PDF Proofs will arrive via email. Hardcopy proofs will be shipped to you. Once you receive and have reviewed your proof, you must accept or reject the proof. To do so, login to your PrintingCenterUSA account. Click the “Orders” tab, select your order, then select either “Accept” or “Reject.”

To request a hard copy proof, all you have to do is select either “Hard Copy (Overnight)” or “Hard Copy (2nd Day Air)” on our Online Pricing Tool. Charges will apply for all Hard Copy Proofs. Your hard copy proof will be sent within 24 business hours of receiving the print ready files. These timeframes are valid for print-ready files only. If there are issues with your files, a representative will quickly alert you.
To request an electronic proof, all you have to do is select “Electronic – PDF” as your Proof option on the Online Pricing Tool. Once you have placed your order and have uploaded your files, you will be sent a proof within 24 business hours. These timeframes are valid for print-ready files only. If, for a reorder, you are asked to reupload your files, then we either no longer have the files from your original order or the original files from you rorder have been compromised.
If you have rejected the proof we provided for you based on your original files, then you will need to reupload corrected files. You can only reupload files after you have rejected your proof. To reupload your files, login to your account, click the “Orders” tab, select your order, then upload.

If you cannot upload your file, then it may be saved in the wrong format. PrintingCenterUSA requires a Print-Ready PDF for your art files. We can also accept TIFF, .JPEG, .INDD, .PSD, .AI and .EPS file formats if you cannot save your file as a PDF.
You can upload files to your jobs up until you have been sent a proof for your approval.

Please keep in mind that mailing in your files will affect your project timeline. Production of your project does not begin until after we have received your files, you have approved the provided proof, and your payment has been cleared.
