What carrier will be used to ship my order?

PrintingCenterUSA ships via UPS, freight, or we may choose to use a different carrier. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Do you print and ship every day?

PrintingCenterUSA prints and ships during the week.

Our hours are:
Monday – Friday
9 am – 8 pm EST

Can I ship to a p.o. box?

PrintingCenterUSA does not provide shipping services to P.O. Boxes.

How do I track my orders?

You will receive shipping notification containing the tracking number once it has been shipped (Image 1). This email will contain all shipping information, your CSR contact information, and tracking number. You can also view your tracking number in the My Account area under the “Orders” tab (Image 2). We will also send you an email notification once the shipment has been delivered.



Will I receive a Shipping Notification?

On the day your project ships you will receive a shipping notification via email (Image 1).
This will have the tracking information in regard to your order along with your order number.
You can also check for your tracking number and order status in the My Account area under the “Orders” Tab (Image 2).


Can I ship on my own shipper’s account?

Yes. You can provide your own UPS account number for shipping. Click here to download the application for 3rd Party Shipping. Submit your application to support@printingcenterusa.com.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

Yes, your shipment can be split, however, we do not offer fulfillment services. Shipping must be finalized before you approve your proof. Contact a customer service representative as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply.

Does the shipping time include weekends and holidays?

No, your transit time is calculated in business days only and excludes holidays. This is for both PrintingCenterUSA and UPS in most cases.

Why doesn’t the shipping carrier have my tracking number’s information?

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to recognize your tracking number.

What happens when I supply you with the incorrect shipping address?

PrintingCenterUSA is not responsible for correctness of any shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to catch any order errors before approving their proof. If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address, then contact your CSR before proof approval.

Where do I find shipping costs on the website?

You can find a shipping estimate based on your zip code on our online pricing tool. An estimate based on your full address will be given at checkout. Keep in mind that your shipping costs are estimates up until the product is printed, packaged, and processed through our shipping center. While our estimates are as accurate as possible, there may be a price adjustment.

Can I combine shipping of two or more orders?

At PrintingCenterUSA, we prefer that you do not combine the shipping of two or more orders.

We ask instead that you place all products you would like to be shipped together into one order. You can add up to 20 product sets in one order. Contact a representative at 800-995-1555.

Where do you ship?

Can I pick up my order and where?

UPS GroundUPS Next Day Air (Overnight)UPS Next Day Air (2 day)If you are local to Great Falls, Montana, then you can pick up your order in-store once your order is completed. However, not all products are printed in our Great Falls location, in which case your order must be shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

If you would like to ship internationally, click here to download the International Shipping Application. Submit the completed form to accounting@printingcenterusa.comm.

How do I calculate my delivery date?

Date of Approval + Production Days + Shipping Transit Days = Delivery Date

You must exclude weekends and holidays for both the Production and Shipping days. Use the maximum number of Production Days for your equation. If your order involves mailing, please allow an additional 2 days.

Please be aware that any delays in uploading your files, approving your proof, and payment will result in a delayed in-hand date.


Is Freight Shipping an option on PrintingCenterUSA?

Yes, if your order qualifies (by weight estimate) for Freight shipping, then all you have to do is select “UPS Commercial.” You will receive a popup notification asking if you can unload a freight truck either with a fork lift or a dock. If you cannot, then you must select UPS Residential shipping methods.

What do I do if my order is lost?

Can I upgrade my shipping method once I place my order?

We ask that all of your order information is accurate at the time of ordering. If you must upgrade your shipping, contact your CSR immediately.

Will you ship my order if it finishes production early?

Yes, we will ship your order if it finishes production early. If this is a problem, please note on your order that you do not want your package to ship early.

What is blind shipping?

Blind shipping is when PrintingCenterUSA ships without any “PrintingCenterUSA” branding or information. There are no invoices, logos, addresses, etc included that can identify the shipment as coming from PrintingCenterUSA. Your shipment will merely contain your products.
To request blind shipping, just leave a note in the notes section during the ordering process.
