Reaching clients at that precise moment is often difficult, which is why it’s integral that realtors build their brand over the course of an extensive marketing campaign.
Print marketing is especially vital to this process, real estate veteran Jeff Morr recently told RISMedia. His company uses newspaper and booklet printing initiatives to reach both local home owners and prospective buyers as it helps generate awareness for his properties.
“While we have cut a lot of our marketing from local newspapers, we have taken advantage of The Real Estate Book to get our listings seen,” explains Morr. “The Real Estate Book is everywhere, and its size makes it easy to carry so that prospective buyers can view our listings no matter where they are.
Other agents have found that postcard printing can be an effective marketing approach, as it enables them to generate exposure without spending a lot of money.
